Listed A to Z. The order is not a ranking.

A vendor listing your industry doesn't mean it handles your calls well. That's what our tests are for.
The calls we'll make
We'll set up "Test Dental" with the same facts in every product, then call it five ways:
- Booking: a new patient wants a cleaning and gives name, number and preferred time.
- Service question: "Do you take my dental insurance? Are you open Saturdays?"
- Urgent: a bad toothache with swelling. Does it follow the office's urgent rule?
- Asks for a person: "Can I speak to the front desk?"
- Hard caller: interrupts and changes the appointment day halfway through.
Every call will be recorded. Our caller will open with: "Hi, this is a test call from BotsRanked, and it's being recorded." Full test plan
What matters for dental offices
- New-patient booking without double-booking the schedule.
- Insurance questions. It should answer from the office's list or take a message, not guess.
- Patient privacy. If the receptionist will hear health details, ask the vendor whether it signs a HIPAA business associate agreement. We haven't verified this for any vendor.
