Corrections
Found a wrong price, a dead link or a fact we got wrong? Email us with the page and, if you can, a link to the source.
Here's what happens next:
- We check it against the vendor's own page or our call recording.
- If we got it wrong, we fix it.
- We add a dated note to the page and to the change log in our test plan.
We don't change a score or remove a recording because someone dislikes the result. A correction has to be about a fact.
Vendors
If your product is in our lineup, you can send us corrections to your prices, plans or trial terms. You can also tell us about a new plan or a demo line. You can't pay for a place in the lineup, a score or a better review, and you can't see our scripts before a round. Our disclosure page explains how we make money.
