Listed A to Z. The order is not a ranking.

A vendor listing your industry doesn't mean it handles your calls well. That's what our tests are for.

The calls we'll make

We'll set up "Test Law Office" with the same facts in every product, then call it five ways:

  1. Intake: a possible new client describes the matter and leaves name, number and best time to call.
  2. Service question: "Do you handle landlord-tenant cases? Is the first consult free?"
  3. Urgent: a new client with a court deadline this week. Does it flag it and follow the firm's rule?
  4. Asks for a person: "I need to talk to a lawyer now."
  5. Hard caller: upset, interrupts, and corrects the dates midway.

Every call will be recorded. Our caller will open with: "Hi, this is a test call from BotsRanked, and it's being recorded." Full test plan

What matters for law firms

  • Clean intake: the right name, number, matter type and urgency, every time.
  • Staying out of legal advice. We'll note any call where the receptionist gives advice.
  • Handling an anxious caller who wants a lawyer right away, without looping.
