Listed A to Z. The order is not a ranking.

A vendor listing your industry doesn't mean it handles your calls well. That's what our tests are for.

The calls we'll make

We'll set up "Test Realty" with the same facts in every product, then call it five ways:

  1. Lead capture: a buyer asks about a listing and leaves name, number, budget and timeline.
  2. Listing question: "How many bedrooms does the house on Maple Street have? Is it still available?"
  3. Urgent: a buyer wants a showing today. Does it book it or get it to the agent fast?
  4. Asks for a person: "Is the agent there?"
  5. Hard caller: changes the property address halfway through.

Every call will be recorded. Our caller will open with: "Hi, this is a test call from BotsRanked, and it's being recorded." Full test plan

What matters for real estate agents

  • Speed to lead. A buyer who can't reach you calls the next agent.
  • Capturing budget and timeline, not only a phone number.
  • Answering listing questions from the facts it has, and not inventing details.
